Win more bids. Start with the Engine.
One platform for California contractors. The Engine is a $1,500 package, delivered in week one: your 36-month bid record, the losses by named competitor with the dollar gaps, what the winning bids actually were where public record allows, and a 90-day capture roadmap. Then a month-to-month plan keeps the pipeline fed. Add a fast website and Google SEO when you need them. No fluff, no contracts.
See exactly where you're invisible on Google.
We search Google Maps from dozens of points across your city, the same way a customer would, and map where you rank for the searches that actually bring in jobs. Every spot you do not show up, a competitor got the call. We send you the whole map, free.
Sample report, redacted. Real businesses get their own map across their full service area, plus the gaps holding them back.
The contractor's digital problem in 2026
If you run a plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, roofing, or general contracting business in San Diego or Riverside, your customers do one of two things when they need you:
- Open Google Maps and tap the top result.
- Search "[service] near me" and click whoever shows up first.
That's it. Your decades of word-of-mouth, your service quality, your fair prices, none of it gets the click if Google doesn't surface you.
Industry research figures (e.g., Google / Think with Google, BrightLocal), not Curbrank data. The numbers on our bid-intelligence pages are our own and sourceable.
Three things, done well.
We don't do social media management, paid ads, branding, logos, or content marketing. Three things, all essential, all measurable.
Bid intelligence
We track California public award records across every type of buyer (cities, counties, special districts, state agencies, federal facilities), and on 2,182 contracts we have the full bid tab: the winner, every losing bidder named, and what the winning bid actually was. We turn that into pursuit pipelines, competitor profiles, and capture intel for your firm.
Start with the Engine, then keep it current with a month-to-month plan. Cancel anytime.

Free audit
You send us your business name. We send back a 1-2 page audit of your Google profile + website with specific gaps and a price. No signup required.
20-min call
If the audit makes sense, we walk through it together. Decide if a website rebuild, an SEO retainer, or both is the right fit.
Setup
You pay an invoice via Stripe. Your website ships in 2-3 weeks; your retainer kicks off in 24 hours with a tracking number installed.
Monthly report
Every 30 days you get a one-page report: Google calls, profile views, posts published, reviews answered, ranking-map progress.
Real numbers, not "let's chat."

Common questions.
Why are you cheaper than other local SEO agencies?
We're new and we're focused. We do two things, websites and Google profile management, and we only serve service and general contractors in SD and Riverside. We don't have a sales team, a marketing department, a downtown office, or 30 ongoing clients. That overhead has to come from somewhere; on bigger agencies, it comes from your retainer. With us it doesn't exist.
Do you guarantee my Google rankings will go up?
No, and any agency that does is lying to you. Google's algorithm isn't ours to control. What we do guarantee: posts published on schedule, reviews answered within 24 hours, your tracking number installed, monthly reports delivered. If we don't do those things, you cancel and we refund. That's the satisfaction guarantee.
What if I already have a website?
Most contractors do. Half the time it's fine and we just run the SEO retainer alongside it. The other half, the existing site is too slow on mobile, has no schema markup, or has broken contact forms, and we'll show you exactly what's wrong in your audit. You decide whether to fix it or rebuild.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time, no contract, no early-termination fee. The retainer is month-to-month. If you cancel mid-month, we finish the work for that month and stop billing.
Do you handle paid ads (Google Ads / Facebook)?
No. Paid ads are a different game with different metrics, and most contractors who try to do both at once end up overspending on the wrong one. Get your organic foundation right first. If you want paid ads later, we'll refer you to a specialist.
Why San Diego and Riverside only?
Because local SEO works better when we know your service area. We can drive your neighborhoods, recognize your competitors, and write content that's actually local, not generic. We'll expand later. For now, if you're outside SD or Riverside Counties, we're probably not the right fit.
Who's behind Curbrank?
A small California-based team. We build the websites ourselves and run the SEO operations with a tight, trusted crew. More on the about page.
Two free audits. Pick one or both.
The SEO + GBP audit shows you why Google isn't sending you calls. The bid intel sample shows you the public contracts in your trade you should be bidding. Both free, no signup, no spam.
