What makes this different
Most guides stop at "get some customers online." This one shows you the public money.
Every city, county, school district, and water agency in your area spends money on services, and by law they have to give people like you a chance to bid. Almost nobody starting a service business knows this door exists. Eight chapters of this book are about how to walk through it: how procurement actually works, where the bids are posted, how to write one that wins, how to build a relationship with the buyer, and the certifications that put you in a smaller, less-competitive pool.
What's inside
The whole sequence, in order
Part I — The Foundation
Form the LLC, get your EIN, the licensing risk that can ruin you, the money rails, taxes without the panic, insurance that unlocks bigger jobs.
Part II — Getting Found
A website that actually converts, the three free Google tools that put you on the map, and your first ten customers before reviews even exist.
Part III — Pricing
Price so you do not go broke, a real worked example with every cost line, the quote that closes, deposits and contracts that get you paid.
Part IV — Public Contracts
The world most operators never see. Finding bids, reading a solicitation, writing a winner, the procurement-officer relationship, certifications and set-asides.
Part V — Operations & Growth
Your first job, handling problems, hiring a crew, reviews and referrals, the licenses and specialized equipment that unlock higher margins.
Appendices + Glossary
Scheduling and route efficiency, the full tool stack (what software to actually use), and a plain-English glossary of every term.

Pro Shine Elite
A real cleaning company launched on the sequence in this book and the Curbrank strategy: formed the LLC, built the website, wired up Google and payments, and went after the same public contracts this book teaches you to find. The book is the manual. Curbrank is the engine that keeps the pipeline fed.
See proshineelite.comWhy trust this
No guru. Just the real steps.
I am not selling you a dream. Everything in this book is what it actually took to launch a real service business: the paperwork, the bank account, the website, the payment links, the bids. I wrote down the exact sequence so you do not have to learn it the hard way like I did. If a step did not matter, it is not in here.
— Eric Williams
Want it done for you?
Read the book, or hand it to us
The book teaches you how to build it all yourself, the long way, by hand. If you would rather have the website, the payments, and the Google presence built and handed to you ready to run, that is exactly what Curbrank does. Need a logo and starter branding too? That is an optional add-on. Already have a brand? We use yours.

Straight answers
Questions before you start
Is this only for cleaning businesses?
No. The whole framework, forming the business, pricing, getting found, and winning contracts, works for any hands-on service trade. The examples use cleaning, landscaping, pressure washing, junk hauling, and detailing.
I have almost no money to start. Will this help?
Yes. A full chapter is about starting lean: what it really costs by trade, buying used, and letting your first jobs pay for the rest. Most service businesses start for a few hundred to a couple thousand dollars.
Does the government-contract part really work for a small operator?
That is exactly who it is built for. Local city, county, and school-district contracts are smaller and far less competitive than people assume, and the book walks you through finding and winning them step by step.
I already have a business. Is there anything new for me?
If you are not yet bidding public contracts, pricing off a real cost-per-job number, or building recurring revenue, yes. Go straight to Parts III, IV, and V.
What do I actually get?
An instant download in PDF and EPUB that reads on any phone, tablet, Kindle, or computer, or a printed paperback. Available in English and Spanish.
How do I know it is worth it before I buy?
